- Implement and maintain effective loss prevention strategies and procedures - Monitor and analyze store operations to identify and prevent potential theft or fraudulent activities - Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of the store premises - Utilize CCTV systems to monitor and document suspicious activities - Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely manner - Conduct thorough investigations into thefts, accidents, and other incidents - Prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and findings - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed - Assist in training store staff on loss prevention techniques and procedures - Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe shopping environment
Experience:
