Job Description Contact the prospects in your database in order to enroll them in the different programs offered by EMERITUS LATAM and thus meet the established business goal. Main Responsibilities - Manages the assigned database in order to manage the records assigned for contact in the CRM. - Contact the assigned prospects through different contact channels (telephone, e-mail) to seek their enrollment in the programs offered by EMERITUS LATAM. - Ensures the effective use of the sales tools provided by the institution - Participates in the training established for his position on topics of:
Product Knowledge, Sales Techniques, Mastery of Tools, among others. - Attend feedback sessions on your performance on business indicators. Required Skills and Experience - For the performance of this position, a minimum of 5 years of experience is required in topics such as:
a) Telephone sales with results greater than 100%. Verifiable. b) Experience in Service Sales. c) Representative of International Brands in Mexico and Latin America. d) Experience attending senior executive profile prospects. e) Experience in managing applications for contacting and tracking prospects with LinkedIn, Salesforces, etc. f) Knowledge of Microsoft Office Personal characteristics - Person oriented to the fulfillment of EMERITUS values. (lifelong learning, collaboration, honesty, passion, taking risks, responsibility). - Ability to take initiative, be responsible for individual and team results, motivate oneself, achieve very high performance standards. - Detail oriented, well organized and time management skills. - Disciplined, with a high level of energy and competitive. - Ability to negotiate and interact to put forward proposals for the benefit of the parties involved in an assertive manner. - Active listening with collaborators, identifying needs, showing interest, providing and receiving feedback, managing conflicts, building trust, involving the team in project information - Self-awareness, regulating your emotions in times of stress and frustration, managing conflicts in a constructive way so that they become a source of learning Compensation:
- Monthly in Mexican pesos.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Legal & RegulatoryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
